These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases and use of reports and services offered through FutureProof ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

§ 1 Nature of the Service

FutureProof provides AI-generated career intelligence reports ("Reports"). These Reports are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of the AI-generated data or its fitness for a particular purpose.

Important — Not Professional Advice Reports are for informational and strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, employment, or career counseling advice. You should not make major professional decisions based solely on these Reports.

Pricing & Taxes: All prices are in US Dollars ($). For US-based clients, the displayed price is the final price charged by FutureProof. However, you are solely responsible for any local use taxes or reporting requirements in your specific state or jurisdiction.

Pricing is subject to change without notice for future orders. Confirmed orders will always be fulfilled at the price agreed at time of purchase.

§ 2 Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed by submitting the contact form on our website. A contract is formed when we send you written confirmation of your order and a payment link. Payment is required in full before work begins.

We accept payment via the methods specified in your order confirmation. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. FutureProof does not store your payment card details.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive instructions to submit your CV and complete the intake questionnaire. The delivery timeline begins only upon receipt of your complete profile submission.

§ 3 Delivery

Reports are delivered electronically as PDF documents to the email address provided at the time of order. Delivery timelines are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays) from the date your complete profile submission is received.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. FutureProof will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the stated timeframe. In the event of a significant delay beyond 10 business days attributable solely to FutureProof, you may request a full refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading profile submissions may result in delays or reduced report quality, and do not entitle the Client to a refund.

§ 4 Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

For United States Residents: Due to the custom, digital nature of these Reports, all sales are final once you submit your CV and intake questionnaire. No statutory "cooling-off" period applies under US federal law for custom digital services of this nature.

Our Global Satisfaction Guarantee:

EU/UK Residents: Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon your explicit request to begin the digital service immediately via profile submission, per Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

§ 5 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your Report for personal, internal professional planning purposes only.

You may not:

All methodology, scoring systems (including the Displacement Risk Index™ and Pivot Readiness Score™), branding, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of FutureProof.

§ 6 Data Protection & Privacy

FutureProof processes your personal data — including your CV and contact information — solely for the purpose of producing your Report. We are based in Spain and operate in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD). Regardless of where you are located, we apply GDPR-equivalent standards of data protection to all clients globally.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For data deletion requests or privacy enquiries, contact hello@futureproof.report.

§ 7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FutureProof Reports are generated using AI systems trained on publicly available research and industry data. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and relevance, we cannot guarantee that any specific outcome — including career advancement, avoidance of redundancy, or salary improvement — will result from following the Report's recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FutureProof's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Report shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Report.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment, or reputational damage arising from reliance on Report content.

§ 7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FUTUREPROOF OR ITS OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF INCOME, EMPLOYMENT, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR REPORTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FUTUREPROOF FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

FutureProof Reports are generated using AI systems trained on publicly available research and industry data. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and relevance, FutureProof does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as job offers, salary increases, or avoidance of redundancy, resulting from the use of the Report.

§ 8 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain. However, we will always attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation first.

Note for US Consumers: Some US states may provide you with rights to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction. We honor any non-waivable consumer protections applicable in your state of residence.

We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before any formal proceedings. If you have a complaint, contact us at hello@futureproof.report and we will respond within 5 business days.

§ 9 Amendments

FutureProof reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Orders already confirmed at the time of any update will be fulfilled under the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
