§ 2 What Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver your report. We do not collect data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural analytics tools, or any form of automated profiling beyond what is needed to generate your report.

§ 3 Why We Collect It — Legal Basis

Every piece of data we collect has a specific purpose and a lawful basis under GDPR:

We do not process your data based on consent or for direct marketing. We will never send you unsolicited marketing emails.

§ 4 How Long We Keep Your Data

Your CV is not stored beyond 30 days We do not build a database of client CVs. Your CV is used solely to produce your report and is permanently deleted within 30 days of delivery. We do not use your CV to train AI models or for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

§ 5 Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only where strictly necessary to deliver the service:

§ 6 International Data Transfers

To analyze your career data and generate our intelligence reports, we utilize advanced third-party service providers (such as AI models, cloud hosting platforms, and payment processors). Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily in the United States.

These international data transfers are strictly executed under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, by utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or via Adequacy decisions, ensuring your data is treated with the rigorous protections mandated by the GDPR.

Depending on your location, you have specific rights regarding your personal data. We honour all of the following for all clients globally, regardless of where you are based:

Ask us to correct any inaccurate data we hold.

If you are an EU/EEA resident and believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at aepd.es.

§ 8 Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include:

Our services are directed exclusively at professional adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

FutureProof does not "sell" or "share" your personal information with third parties for their own commercial or advertising purposes as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
